Best Hotels in Asia – Family Friendly

We have stayed in hundreds of hotels, some good, some strange, some terrible and some great. Sometimes, a hotel stays with you a long time after you have checked out. The following list is our top 5 best hotels in Asia. Each of these hotels have a quality that makes them great. In no particular order, 5 of the best hotels in Asia are:

Elephant Safari Park Hotel, Bali

best hotels in Asia

The Elephant Safari Park in Bali is home to rescued Sumatran elephants, and is a very special place. You may even have an elephant come and collect you from your room for dinner, depending on your room choice. The rooms look out over the elephants, and upon check-in you will receive an itinerary that includes Elephant bathing sessions and a jungle walk on an elephant! The experience is incredible.

Angsana Laguna, Phuket Thailand

Angsana Laguna, Phuket Thailand

What’s not to love about the Angsana Laguna? Watching a baby elephant swim on the beach and feeding him fruit takes the cake. The hotel also includes a wonderful kids club with a great line up of activities. The pool is relaxing, the food is marvelous and the staff are extremely friendly. This place is highly recommended for families!

Sheraton Cotai Macau

Sheraton Cotai Macau

Another one of our best hotels in Asia is The Sheraton Macau. For it is very well-managed. We were contacted in advance to ask about our preferences for our stay, and were given a kids suite which absolutely made our stay. The suite was themed with Dreamworks characters and everything for kids had been thought out. Kids toiletries and robes were provided, there was entertainment in the rooms for them and when you ventured to the lobby, you could meet a plethora of Dreamworks characters. To top it all off, it’s the home of the Shrekfast themed breakfast. There is so much to love about the hotel and Macau!

Legoland Hotel Malaysia

Legoland Hotel Malaysia

This hotel is a kids paradise. The lobby is a Lego building heaven with bricks galore, the elevators play disco music, meet Lego characters in the lobby, and the restaurants are a kids dining paradise. As for the rooms; amazing themes and a special treasure chest puzzle for kids to solve to earn a Lego prize. The staff are great and it is connected to the theme park!

Hard Rock Hotel, Kuta Bali

Hard Rock Hotel, Kuta Bali

This hotel has everything! Playgrounds, water slides, pools (even a beach style one), swim up bars, recording studios, kids club, in-room rock guitars, and more. It is located in the midst of all of Kuta’s action with markets and shopping with easy walking distance.

If Bali is your destination and you want to be in the midst of it all with plenty to keep the kids happy, The Hard Rock Hotel is the one for you.

If you get the chance to stay in one of these hotels, you are in for a treat for we rank these in our top best hotels in Asia. You and your kids will have the time of your lives!
